French Meat Stuffing
Ingredients:
3 white onions chopped
3 lbs ground beef
3 lbs ground pork
ground giblets (skinned and cooked)
1 tsp ground cloves
1 tsp cinnamon
1 tsp ground nutmeg
1 tsp all spice
1 tbl bells seasoning
1 tsp salt
1 bay leaf
1/2 tsp pepper
1/4 cup saltine crackers (ground fine in a food processor)
1 cup plain bread crumbs
1 stick butter
Instructions:
cook all meat in large pan on medium heat
once the meat is fully cooked add spices and onions-
lower the heat to low and simmer 2-3 hours
remove bay leaf- remove grease
add ground crackers, bread crumbs and stick of butter, simmer for the last 45 minutes
