Oatmeal Cranberry Nut Cookies
¾ cup butter ½ teaspoon salt
1 large egg ¼ teaspoon cinnamon
1/3 cup milk ½ baking soda
1 ½ vanilla extract ½ teaspoon baking powder
1 ¼ cup brown sugar 3 cup oatmeal
1 cup flour 1 cup chopped cranberries
1 cup chopped walnuts
Beat butter, brown sugar, egg, milk and vanilla at medium speed with electric mixer until well blended.
Combine flour, baking soda, baking powder, salt and cinnamon in small bowl. Gradually beat into mixture at low speed until smooth. Stir in oats, cranberries, and nuts.
Drop healthy teaspoon onto cookie sheet covered with parchment paper. Bake at 375 degrees for 10 to 12 minutes until lightly brown.
